Use Operator Override During Touch Tone Input

Some telephone applications are designed so that the user can get to a live operator immediately upon pressing zero at any time. The operator override feature allows the developer to accomodate such applications.

Enabling this option will cause Active Call Center to stop accepting touch tone input immediately if zero is the first button pressed. The Response variable will return "0" to the VBScript macro for the input value.

For example: the Call Tree might ask the caller for their social security number. With Active Call Center expecting a 9 digit touch tone input (<Digits09> on the Responses tab), the user could still press 0 to abort
