Active Call Center can be used to build professional voice mail applications that support advanced message playback features such as fast forward/rewind, speed up/slow down, volume increase/decrease, and skip ahead or abort. These features are available during wave file playback when the SpeakInteractiveWave variables are used.
SpeakInteractive variables are available for text-to-speech playback, but they offer only skip ahead and abort options.
