How to Enable Multiple Lines

Active Call Center will automatically detect and answer up to five available lines. The user only has to make sure that the lines are present and functioning; Active Call Center handles the rest.

Many users find that two-line configurations work well with voice modems, anything beyond two lines may require a telephony card made by a manufacturer such as Brooktrout.

Other versions of Active Call Center will be available for users that need to work with more than five lines.
