Adjust the number of rings allowed before Active Call Center will answer as follows:
From the menu bar, choose Tools ... Voice Telephony Settings. A dialog box will appear.
Use the up/down arrows to adjust the setting marked Number of rings before answering phone.
Click Accept Settings to close the dialog box.
Note: Setting the number of rings to one will not work with some types of hardware. If the hardware fails to perform well with the number of rings set to one, set the number of rings to two or higher.
