The Active Call Center Call Monitor must be started in order for Active Call Center to answer phone calls. To start the call monitor:
Open a Call Tree that will be used to process phone calls.
From the menu bar, select Phone Calls ... Monitor Phone Lines.
The call monitor will appear. All available telephony lines are monitored automatically.
The call monitor window can be "locked" by clicking the lock icon. This will prevent the window from being closed accidentally.
To stop monitoring for calls, click the Stop Monitoring button. The first time you click the button, the system will wait for calls in progress to end before closing the monitor. To end all calls and exit the monitor immediately, click the Stop Monitoring button once more.
