The Call History is a database log of the inbound and outbound calls Active Call Center has processed. It stores the date and time of the call, a unique call identification number, the Folder the call was filed in, and the value of each Node variable at the end of the call.
The Call History user interface can be viewed by choosing Phone Calls... View Call History from the menu bar. The Call History window will appear as shown below:

View Details for a Specific Call:
Click the call in the left pane of the window.
Details for the call appear on the right pane.
Delete a Specific Call
Click the call to delete in the left pane of the window.
Click the Delete Selected Call button.
View Calls in a Specific Folder
Click the Folder button on the bottom left side of the window.
Select a folder from the list and click OK.
Listen to Recorded Audio
Select a call from the left hand pane of the window.
Look in the right hand pane for fields whose value is Recorded Audio.
Click on the words Recorded Audio and audio will begin playing.
To replay the audio after it has finished, click into another field and then back onto the Recorded Audio field.
