The Call Tree menu provides access to special features of a Call Tree not found anywhere else. The options are as follows:
In some situations it's desirable to have a macro that executes at the end of every call, regardless of when, where, or how the call was terminated. The Call Ending VBScript Macro is just that: a Macro that will execute at the very end of every call.
Most Active Call Center variables that trigger special actions have no impact in the Call Ending Macro. For example, attempting to record audio or speak data to a caller will fail, since the call has been terminated. Call transfers will also fail, since the call has already been terminated.
The Call Tree documentation field is provided for the developer to write notes and comments about the Call Tree. It provides a convenient way to store information about the Call Tree in the Call Tree itself.
After extensive development efforts, large Call Trees may have "dead space" left in the form of deleted Nodes. These Call Trees can be tuned to perform optimally by compacting them using this feature.
