The Phone Calls menu provides access to the Call History and inbound, outbound, and simulated call features.
Selecting this options will display the Call History. Keep the Call History open during call monitoring by opening the Call History before starting the Call Monitor.
Use this option to launch the Call Monitor and start answering all available phone lines. The Call Tree shown on the main program window will be used to process calls.
Launches the Active Call Center Call Simulator, which is used to simulate phone calls and test Call Trees.
Use this option to begin outbound calls to one or more individuals using the active Call Tree.
