Advanced Tab
The Advanced tab on the Edit Node window allows access to several special features, most of which are rarely used. To get to the Advanced tab of the Edit Node window: click on any Node in the Active Call Center Call Tree window, then click the Advanced tab on the Edit Node window.
The fields on the Advanced tab are:
- Use a specific text-to-speech engine... : used for multilingual or other Call Trees where voice customization is a requirement.
- Allow the call to continue on no response... : used for circumstances in which the caller might not be able to respond and/or when calling answering machines.
- Use a custom timeout setting... : used for long recordings or other Nodes where activity may take more than one or two minutes.
