Use the "Update" button to modify existing responses or to rename existing Nodes. Nodes can be renamed by modifying the name of the Node under the "Branch to Node" field and then saving the modified response using the "Update" button.
To Modify a Response:
Click on the Response to modify in the table on the bottom half of the form.
Make changes to the "Branch to Node" and "When response matches" fields at the top of the form.
Click the Update button. If the new values entered are valid, they will be saved as the new definition for this Response.
If the name of the Node under "Branch to Node" was changed, the Node will be renamed throughout the Call Tree.
Note:To associate a Response with a different Node, first delete the Response and then add a new Response for the other Node.
