The "If the user asks for help..." section defines what to say to the caller if the caller asks for help or if the caller has enough trouble to warrant needing help. This field is optional.
The behavior of the "Play Sound File" checkbox follows that described under the Ask This Question field.
For the most part, the question in this field is only relevant at Nodes that are employing speech recognition.
