The "If the response is not understood..." section defines what to say to the caller if the caller gives a response but the response is not recognized. This field is optional.
The behavior of the "Play Sound File" checkbox follows that described under the Ask This Question field.
For the most part, the question in this field is only relevant at Nodes that are employing speech recognition.
