The "Ask this question" section defines the question that is first posed to the user when a call reaches this node. This field is required if a question is posed at this Node.
If the "Play Sound File" box is unchecked, the text that appears in this section will be spoken by the digital text-to-speech system. For an example, refer to step 2 of the Quick-Start Tutorial Instructions.
If the "Play Sound File" box is checked, the sound file shown will be played at the time when the question is supposed to be asked. This feature is very useful for customizing Call Trees with human voices! Use the "Pick" button to select a sound file and the "Play" button to listen to it.
Note: Sound files used with Active Call Center must be created in a specific format. For more more information about creating sound files for use with Active Call Center, refer to Recording and Modifying WAV Audio Files.
