Using the Edit Node Window

The Edit Node window is a critical component of the Active Call Center user interface. All changes to Nodes and most of the customization of Call Trees is accomplished at the Edit Node window.

To display the Edit Node window, simply click a Node. The Edit Node window will appear and have all the information for that Node available, ready to modify.

There are four main sections of the Edit Node window:

1. Question tab.
2. Responses tab.
3. VBScript Macro tab.
4. Advanced tab.

These tabs are clearly visible across the top of the Edit Node window (shown below). Select any of the tabs by clicking on them.
