You should have gained some understanding of how Call Trees are shown on the main Active Call Center program window. You should have learned that you can edit Nodes that are displayed by clicking on them.
You should have some understanding of the three primary elements that comprise a Node: a Question, its associated Responses, and the associated Macro. You should have seen the beginnings of these elements interact to provide a dynamic, interactive environment for your phone calls.
These items are entered on the appropriate tabs in the Edit Node window.
The only way to create new Nodes is by defining responses for a previous Node.
This was demonstrated in step 4.
This was done by setting the Record variable in the macros in steps 5 and 6.
As per step 7, this is accomplished by clicking Phone Calls... Simulate Call from the menu bar.
As per step 8, this is accomplished by clicking Phone Calls... Monitor Phone Lines from the menu bar.
