Setup fails in Windows NT.

Windows NT users not logged on as administrator during install.

Log off and log on as Administrator

Setup program ends indicating installation is incomplete, that files are in use, or with an "unable to register" files error message.

Some files could not be installed successfully. Usually these are files that are already present on your system.

In some cases no corrective action is required - the software will run once the computer is rebooted.

In other situations you should reboot, close all open programs, and try reinstalling.

"Error 429: ActiveX component can't create object." when running Active Call Center first time.

DAO data access components were not properly installed. They may have been in use during installation.

Try closing all applications, even those in the system tray, and reinstalling. This error is almost always caused by some application that is directly or indirectly using the DAO libraries.
