How do I troubleshoot my TAPI configuration? PDF Print E-mail

To troubleshoot your TAPI installation you will need the TAPI Browser.  Download TAPI Browser by clicking here and save it somewhere convenient, like your desktop.

Using TAPI Browser is not obvious.  We have created a video which shows you step by step what to do.  Download the self-executing video by clicking here.

If TAPI Browser performs as shown in the video, down to the details of playing audio files, then Active Call Center should also work.  If TAPI Browser fails, it's time to post your question at the support forums
